Studio Rules:

- Rental Time: Includes setup and breakdown. Exceeding reserved time incurs a $100 fee. Leave the studio as found; a $100 cleaning fee applies if not cleaned before the end time.

- Furniture: Do not drag large items across the floor.

- No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the studio and building.

- No Weapons: Firearms, weapons, and fire are strictly prohibited.

- Props: Damage to props beyond normal wear will result in a fee.

- Capacity: Maximum of 10 people in the studio at any time.

- Prohibited Materials: No confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food, body paint, oil, fake blood, milk, flour, powder, etc.

- Content: No sexually explicit content. All participants must remain clothed on furniture.

- No Alcohol or Drugs: No alcohol or drugs allowed. Anyone intoxicated or under the influence will be asked to leave without a refund.

- Music: Keep music at a reasonable volume; no vulgar or offensive lyrics. Live bands require prior approval. The studio is not soundproof.

- Pets: No pets without prior written consent.

- Children: Must be supervised at all times. No running or screaming in the studio.

- Damage: Renter is responsible for any damages to property, equipment, furniture, or features during the rental period and is accountable for their guests.

- Damage: Maximum 8 people this includes the photographer and all other guests.
